Article 1. Shareholder Meetings Meetings Section 1.1 Annual Meetings. Unless the Board of Directors Selects Another Time, Date and Place, the Annual Meeting of the Shareholders Will Be Held at 10:00 A.M. on the Third Thursday in May Each Year at the Principal Office of the Corporation. at the Meeting, the Shareholders Will Elect a Board of Directors and Transact Other Business as Needed.
