1. Employment. Effective as of October 17, 2011, or Such Earlier Date as We May Mutually Agree (The “Start Date”), You Will Be Appointed to Serve in a Full-Time Capacity as the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer. in Such Capacity, You Will Report Directly to the Board of Directors of the Company (The “Board”).
