1 Confidential Agreement and General Release This Confidential Agreement and General Release (“Agreement”) Is by and Between Better Choice Company, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, With Its Principal Place of Business at 12400 Race Track Road, Tampa Florida 33526 (Referred to Throughout This Agreement as “Employer”) and Scott Lerner, and Is Effective as of the Effective Date (As Defined Below).
