Title Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in This Role, You Will Report to Me and Serve as a Member of the Executive Committee. in This Position, You Shall Have the Responsibilities and Duties Commensurate With the General Counsel and Secretary Role at Medtronic, and Such Other Duties and Responsibilities That Are Assigned by Me.
