This Second Addendum to Executive Employment Agreement (This “Second Addendum”) Is Entered Into on January 12, 2023, by and Between Inspired Entertainment Inc. (“Inspired” or the “Company”) and A. Lorne Weil (“Executive”) (Collectively, the “Parties”).
