from 8-K 9 pages This Executive Employment Agreement (This "Agreement") Is Made as of the 16th Day of March 2020 by and Between CoJax Oil and Gas Corporation, a Virginia Corporation (The "Company"), and Wm. Barrett Wellman, a Natural Person, Residing in the Commonwealth of Virginia ("Executive"). Executive and Company May Also Be Referred to Individually as a “Party” and Collectively as the “Parties.” Recitals: Whereas, the Company Wishes to Employ Executive as Its Chief Finance Officer of the Company and the Executive Wishes to Accept Such Employment; and Whereas, the Company and Executive Wish to Set Forth the Terms of Executive's Employment and Certain Additional Agreements Between Executive and the Company. Now, Therefore, in Consideration of the Foregoing Recitals and the Representations, Covenants and Terms Contained Herein, the Parties Agree as Follows: 1. Employment Period
