Sublease (“Sublease”) Dated as of November 20, 2023 (“Sublease Date”) Between Dynamic Marketing Inc. (“Sublandlord”) and 1 Stop Electronics Center, Inc. D/B/a 1 Stop Computer and Cameras (“Subtenant”).
