II. the Amendment Adopted by the Corporation Is as Follows: The Corporation's Articles of Incorporation Are Hereby Amended by Deleting Article 1 Thereof in Its Entirety and Substituting Therefor the Following: "The Name of the Corporation Is Premier Bancshares, Inc."
