• You Will Receive an Annual Base Salary of $185,874 Effective July 1, 2006. • You Will Be Eligible to Participate in the Brand Management Incentive Compensation ("Mic") Plan. Under This Plan You Will Have the Opportunity to Receive a Bonus of Up to 120% of Annual Salary Per Year (Payable in March Following the Year in Which the Bonus Is Earned). • You Will Be Eligible to Participate in the Newly-Created Brand Long Term Incentive Plan ("Ltip").
